Laser microfabrication: Slit processing using ultrashort pulse lasers.
In addition to the elongated strip-shaped cutout, a 0.1mm wide recess has been processed. Although it is a thin plate that is difficult to process and tends to curl in molds, fine processing can be beautifully finished with picosecond and femtosecond lasers.
